The following rules and regulations have been established to ensure the safe and responsible use of gear rented from Rent A Gear. By renting gear, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in penalties or legal action.
Rent Policy
𝟏. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Gear rental reservations must be made in advance through Rent A Gear official Instagram page or by phone.
𝟐. 𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭: Renters must be at least 18 years of age or older.
𝟑. 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Renters must present a valid government-issued ID card photocopy at the time of rental.
𝟒. 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Payment for the gear rental must be 100% at the time of reservation.
𝟓. 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞: The gear must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may result in additional fees.
𝟔. 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬: The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the gear during the rental period. Damages will be assessed by Rent A Gear and based upon that you will be charged.
𝟕. 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: The gear must be returned in a clean and usable condition.
𝟖. 𝐔𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞: The gear must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the Rent A Gear instructions.
𝟗. 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: Renters must adhere to all safety guidelines and precautions provided by Rent A Gear.

11. 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫: The renter is responsible for paying the courier fare for both the delivery to their location and the return delivery to the owner.
