The following rules and regulations have been established to ensure the safe and responsible use of gear rented fromย Rent A Gear. By renting gear, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in penalties or legal action.
Rent Policy
๐. ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Gear rental reservations must be made in advance through Rent A Gear official Instagram page or by phone.
๐. ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ:ย Renters must be at least 18 years of age or older.
๐. ๐๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Renters must present a valid government-issued ID card photocopy at the time of rental.
๐. ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ:ย Payment for the gear rental must be 100% at the time of reservation.
๐. ๐๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง ๐๐๐ญ๐: The gear must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may result in additional fees.
๐. ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ: The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the gear during the rental period. Damages will be assessed by Rent A Gear and based upon that you will be charged.
๐. ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ : The gear must be returned in a clean and usable condition.
๐. ๐๐ฌ๐๐ ๐: The gear must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with the Rent A Gear instructions.
๐. ๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฒ: Renters must adhere to all safety guidelines and precautions provided by Rent A Gear.
๐. ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ:ย Renters must be at least 18 years of age or older.

11.ย ๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐จ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ซ: The renter is responsible for paying the courier fare for both the delivery to their location and the return delivery to the owner.
